The IOP will consist of a minimum of 9 hours of group, individual, psychoeducation, and a monthly family education group. The mental health IOP will be focused on treating mental health diagnosis and utilizing the evidence based treatment model of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with the below areas of content and group skills.
Telehealth is the use of video and audio technologies to support long-distance services between providers and their clients.
As social beings we believe in the power of group therapy to offer a social learning environment to instill hope through connection, review universal concepts and add guidance. Together, we can do this.
All team members are approved by the NM practicing Boards to provide Counseling Supervision to LMHC professionals who are working towards obtaining their LPCC and developing as a ethical and professional counselor.
Training opportunities and skill development for counselors to provide guidance in therapy is one of our passions.
